Who can become a resident of the SEZ «Alga»
A commercial organization (company or individual entrepreneur) planning to become a resident of the SEZ must be legally registered in the territory of the municipal district within whose borders the SEZ of the Alga settlement is located. The company must not have branches and representative offices outside the special economic zone.
The minimum base amount of investments, including capital investments (excluding VAT), declared for implementation by a potential SEZ resident as part of an investment project (hereinafter referred to as the minimum base amount of investments), should be:
at least 150 million rubles in the implementation of industrial and production activities, as well as activities in the field of logistics;
at least 50 million rubles for the implementation of an investment project in accordance with the priority directions of the state policy of the Russian Federation established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the development of investment activities in the Russian Federation and attracting extra-budgetary funds to projects related to achieving technological sovereignty and structural adaptation of the economy of the Russian Federation.

When carrying out technical and innovation activities in the SEZ of the Alga settlement, the minimum base investment amount should be
at least 1 million rubles.
If the implementation of an investment project involving the implementation of industrial and production activities, as well as activities in the field of logistics, is expected on ready-made production areas without the need to provide land plots to a potential SEZ resident and carry out the construction (reconstruction) of production areas necessary for the implementation of activities, the minimum base investment amount should be at least 50 million rubles.

In the first 3 years of the investment project implementation, the SEZ resident must make investments in the amount of at least the minimum basic investment volume corresponding to the first year of the start of the investment project.
The first year of the investment project implementation is the year when the SEZ resident status was obtained by the person implementing the investment project, if such status was obtained before July 1. If the person implementing the investment project obtained the status of a SEZ resident after July 1, the year following the year of obtaining such status is recognized as the first year of the investment project implementation. The deadline for the implementation of the total volume of investments within the framework of the investment project is no more than 10 years, from the date of awarding the SEZ resident status to the person implementing the investment project.
