On May 16, in the Ishimbay district, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in the launch ceremony of the ZASPORT sportswear factory. Modern production was created on the territory of the special economic zone “Alga”. In the construction of a production building with an area of more than 4 thousand square meters. m invested about 400 million rubles. In total, 310 specialists, including 200 seamstresses, will work at the factory. With full capacity, the production will be able to produce 560 thousand units of sportswear per year. The guests of honor performed at the production launch ceremony. Among them are the heads of sports associations and federations, famous Russian athletes participating in the Olympic Games, winners and prize–winners of international competitions. In his speech, the Head of Bashkortostan congratulated the management of the ZASPORT company, the factory’s workforce and the residents of the republic on the beginning of a new stage in the development of the region’s light industry.
– Three years ago, when we launched the special economic zone “Alga”, we did not expect that it would develop at such a good pace. Today, this territory is recognized as the most dynamically developing SEZ in Russia, – said Radiy Khabirov. – Bashkortostan has good competencies in light industry. And, of course, we were interested in launching the most modern industrial productions, including import-substituting ones. The ZASPORT company is the Russian leader in tailoring sports and corporate clothing. She equipped the new site with unique equipment. It’s great that we have high technologies and comfortable working conditions here. Many thanks to the ZASPORT team for implementing this project. The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, and the founder of ZASPORT, Anastasia Zadorina, launched the work of the new factory by pressing a symbolic button. Then, together with the guests of honor, they visited the production workshops and got acquainted with the technological process of making clothes.
The general director of the enterprise Nikolay Stupakov said that the factory has cutting, sewing preparatory, embroidery workshops, departments of silk screen printing, sublimation, transfer printing. In addition, there is an experimental department in the production, whose employees are engaged in the creation of new models of clothing and equipment.
Representatives of the company reported that with a high intensity of work and high-quality performance of professional duties, the salary of a seamstress can reach 150 thousand rubles per month. The second floor of the factory building is occupied by a dormitory for employees. They are also provided with free meals and delivery to and from their place of work.
Radiy Khabirov noted that with the opening of new production facilities on the territory of the SEZ “Alga” it will be possible to build a canteen for employees of resident companies.
In the near future, ZASPORT plans to open a trading house on the territory of the factory, where it will be possible to get acquainted with the range of manufactured clothing and purchase it.
