The presentation of the VI National Rating of Investment Attractiveness of Economic Zones (SEZ) of Russia took place in Moscow today. According to the results of 2022, the SEZ “Alga” took the 8th place in the list, a year ago it was placed on the 12th line. In addition, “Alga” has confirmed the status of the most dynamically developing among the special economic zones of industrial and production type.
– I consider this a serious achievement – it is always more difficult to keep the championship than to win it, – the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov wrote on his pages on social networks. – The result is decent, while we still have a lot to strive for, we are not slowing down.
Currently, 12 residents are registered in the SEZ “Alga”. The total volume of their investments is more than 42 billion rubles, more than two thousand jobs will be created.
– In 2022, the companies “Bioron”, “Bashkalyk”, “Farus-Sintez” received the status of a resident. The latter is currently the largest investor of “Alga” — the volume of investments is 14.7 billion rubles with the creation of 400 jobs, said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. – 4 more companies are considered as potential residents. Relations with them are at various stages of negotiations. On December 15, as part of the International Business Week-2022, agreements of intent were signed with the company “Spect”, which will produce fiber and pectin substances in the SEZ “Alga”. The declared volume of investments to date will amount to about 4.5 billion rubles.
This year, the provision of electricity supply to the territory of production site No. 1 has been completed in the special economic zone “Alga”.
– To date, we have completed the work on providing the first site with electricity and have completed the technological connection of the Arkada and ZUR companies to the electric networks. In addition, in May of this year, the construction of off–site and on-site engineering and transport infrastructure was started here,” Nail Gabbasov noted. – At site No. 2, work is underway on the design of off-site and on-site engineering and transport infrastructure. As for site No. 3, the development of design and estimate documentation has been completed for it. It is planned to start the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure. On site No. 4, as well as on the second, the project of off-site and on-site engineering and transport infrastructure is being developed. I would also like to note that at the moment the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline to the boundaries of sites No. 2, 3 and 4 has been completed, and the design of power supply networks for sites 3 and 4 is underway.
