At the meeting of the investment committee in the “Invest Hour” format, the project of a potential resident of the SEZ “Alga” was approved. JSC “Civil Technologies” intends to create production of electric generating systems and gas piston installations in accordance with international standards.

The Alga SEZ is 5 sites where investors receive preferences, and the republic receives new opportunities for socio-economic development. We see a growing interest in it from investors, so now we are working on its expansion,” Nail Gabbasov, CEO of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, shared.
It is planned to place it in the Ishimbaysky district of the republic. The project, worth 320.4 million rubles, will be completed by 2027. The Bashkortostan Development Corporation team provided comprehensive information and consulting support for the investment project, including consultations on government support measures.
Experts have selected the optimal program of preferential loan financing through the Federal Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation, as well as a suitable land plot in the SEZ Alga. Currently, employees and the investor are working together to prepare documents for obtaining the official status of a SEZ resident.
