On December 7, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular meeting of Investchas.
One of the projects presented by the Development Corporation to the members of the Investment Committee was the construction of a plant for the manufacture of paving slabs and landscaping elements in the SEZ “Alga”, initiated by the Porevit Ufa company. The investor plans to build a production complex with a capacity of up to 1.5 million square meters of products per year.
The company already has similar sites in the Tyumen and Sverdlovsk regions. Due to the growing demand for products in Bashkortostan, the investor plans to invest more than 2 billion rubles in opening production in the territory of the special economic zone “Alga” in the Sterlitamak district. This will create about 100 new jobs. The first products are planned to be released in early 2027.
During the presentation of the initiative, Gennady Raznitsyn, General Director of the Partner Holding, which includes the Paving Slabs Factory company, will announce.Ufa”, highlighted the advantages of working with the Development Corporation, highly appreciating the qualifications of specialists and the efficiency of solving all emerging issues.
Thus, when an investor applied to the Development Corporation, the department’s specialists presented and selected a site for production in the SEZ “Alga”, worked out infrastructure issues for comfortable work of the investor in the SEZ, organized meetings with relevant authorities, assisted in registering a legal entity in Bashkortostan, and prepared documents for presentation to the Head of the region and further receipt of state support measures. Now managers are preparing documents for applying for registration of the company as a resident of the special economic zone.
Earlier, at the site of the XVI International Business Week, an agreement on investment intentions was signed between the investor and the Development Corporation, which launched the implementation of the initiative in the region.
Following the review of the project, the Head of the region recalled that the investor’s products already decorate the Sergei Mikhalev Square and the Boulevard of Glory, and focused on the need for a large volume of paving slabs for further improvement.
