The company “Combine of building materials. Ufa has become a new resident of the Alga Special Economic Zone. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has included the company in the register of SEZ residents. The investor intends to build a factory for the production of aerated concrete blocks in the special economic zone. The volume of investments in the project will amount to about two billion rubles, 123 new jobs will be created at the plant.
The inclusion of the enterprise among the residents of the SEZ “Alga” became possible after consideration of the project by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, who approved its implementation on the territory of the preferential zone. The preparation of documents for the passage of all stages was carried out by the Development Corporation, the management company of the SEZ “Alga”.
– In the special economic zone, the new resident plans to organize modern production of aerated concrete products with a capacity of up to 450 thousand cubic meters per year. The finished products will be in demand in the manufacturing industry,” said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. – As part of the interaction with the investor, our specialists selected a suitable site on the territory of the SEZ for the placement of production, developed a financial model and a project passport. The launch of the plant is scheduled for 2026,” explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
