The Expert Council of the special economic zone “Alga” considered the application of the company “Amkodor-Agidel” for the implementation of an investment project to create the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing on the territory of the fifth site of the SEZ. Earlier, the status of the fifth site was given to the Ufa Industrial Park, the territory of which was included in the SEZ by the Decree of the Government of Russia. The investment project is supported by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, which is the management company of the preferential zone, together with the Regional Project Office.
– During the project support, we assisted the investor in the development of a financial model and business plan, in the selection of a land plot, in the preparation of an application for the status of a resident of a special economic zone, and also provided support for the creation of a temporary storage warehouse for equipment. In addition, the Corporation was building a production complex for the investor. At the moment, commissioning of equipment is underway in it,” Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, noted during his report.
When considering the application, the members of the Expert Council studied in detail the business plan submitted by the Development Corporation and discussed the prospects for the implementation of the project in the SEZ. Nail Gabbasov noted that the planned grain cleaning and drying complexes intended for post-harvest processing of grain crops are superior to existing domestic analogues in a number of parameters. Thus, the investor’s products will be in demand.
