The list of investment proposals developed by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation has been supplemented with a new case. Thus, investors are offered to consider the option of building a new plant for the production of personal hygiene products on the territory of the special economic zone “Alga”. According to the calculations presented in the business proposal, the project budget will amount to 151.4 million rubles. The company will need to create 17 new jobs.
— Being the management company of the special economic zone “Alga”, the Development Corporation offers not only favorable tax and rental conditions, but also ready—made solutions for business development, – said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. – It is proposed to implement a business proposal in the Ishimbay district. Here the investor will be able to place several lines for the production of personal hygiene products, as well as warehouse and administrative premises. I would like to note that the case also provides information about the available labor resources, which can also be involved in the work at the enterprise.
In addition to the developed concept, the case contains financial and economic indicators that display the necessary information about the terms of implementation and payback of the project. It is also possible to get acquainted with the proposed measures of state support. Thus, the investor will be able to take advantage of the preferences valid for residents of the special economic zone “Alga”, as well as offers from the Industrial Development Fund and a Regional Leasing Company. Thus, the new production will be able to occupy the niche vacated after the departure of a number of companies from the Russian market, and work steadily within the framework of the development of import substitution.
