“Last September, together with the Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Aleksandrovich Golovchenko, we hammered the first pile of the future AMKODOR plant in the Ufa Industrial Park. And this year we will open this enterprise at the forum of the regions of Russia and Belarus. The plant will produce equipment that is very important and necessary for our agriculture and the entire Volga Federal District. That’s how we know how to build factories – 20 thousand square meters. m. And this is just the beginning, – said the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. – In general, the republic is in a good stage of its development. We have 12 industrial parks, 18 technoparks, 5 territories of advanced development, a special economic zone. And we continue to grow no matter what.”
“To date, there is one preference on the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park – exemption from corporate property tax. Also, one of the important aspects that attract investors is convenient logistics. Thus, the mechanism for including the industrial park in the special economic zone will provide potential residents with additional preferences in the form of reduced tax rates, accelerated depreciation, rental benefits, as well as the operation of a free customs zone,” said First Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov.
“Cooperation with Bashkortostan was not chosen by chance, all conditions have been created here to support investment projects from the republic. Agricultural machinery, which will be produced in Ufa, is planned to be delivered to the regions of Russia, as well as to Asian countries,” said Alexander Shakutin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amkodor Holding.
