Residents of the Alga special economic zone rated the infrastructure and quality of services provided by the management company as “excellent”. In a survey conducted by the Development Corporation, the management company of the SEZ, respondents assessed the availability of free space, infrastructure on the sites, accessibility and effectiveness of state support measures, as well as the quality of services provided by the management company.
– The task of the Development Corporation, as the management company of the special economic zone “Alga”, is to create comfortable conditions for residents: construction of infrastructure, support of their projects at all stages, assistance in obtaining state support measures. Feedback allows us to constantly improve our work and contributes to dynamic development,” said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
According to the survey results, all items were rated with the highest scores. Residents noted that the management company creates all conditions for comfortable business in the SEZ “Alga”.
To date, 23 companies have the status of a resident of the SEZ “Alga”. In December of this year, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, together with the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZ of Russia, summed up the results of the VIII National Rating of investment Attractiveness of special economic zones, according to which the SEZ “Alga” took the seventh place in the rating, rising by one line over the year. In addition, the experts awarded the SEZ “Alga” the championship in the special nomination “Stable growth”.
