About 30 copyrighted materials from regional mass media were published as part of the republican contest of journalists on information promotion of the special economic zone “Alga”. This became known during the awarding of the winners and laureates of the competition, held in the Bashinform news agency. The event was organized by the Press and Mass Media Agency, the Union of Journalists, as well as the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, which is the management company of the special economic zone “Alga”.
— Attracting investments to the region is a complex process that requires the inclusion of various spheres. Thanks to joint work with journalists, we bring to business the preferences that it can count on by opening enterprises in the special economic zone and at other sites of the republic, as well as tell about the most relevant news from the production sites and enterprises of our residents. In particular, with the help of the media, we managed to attract several residents to the SEZ and confirm the status of the most dynamically developing special economic zone of Russia,” said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Maxim Ulchev, Head of the regional Press and Media Agency, also took part in the award ceremony. He noted that materials of various genres were submitted to the competition – an article, a report, an interview, an essay, radio, TV shows, videos in the languages of the peoples of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
— The expert commission evaluated the works in several nominations according to a number of criteria: analytical level of materials and information saturation, objectivity and reliability, author’s style, originality and novelty in the development of the topic, compliance of the external form of presentation with the internal semantic content of the material. Thus, the best materials among republican newspapers and magazines were prepared by the editorial staff of the newspaper “Republic of Bashkortostan”, in city and district newspapers – by the editorial office of the district newspaper “Voskhod”.
