The Ufa Industrial Park was presented to the Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rakhymzhan Isakulov. During the visit, the guest was told about the work of the park, its residents and the advantages of doing business on this infrastructure site, accompanied by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation. In 2023, the Ufa Industrial Park became part of the Alga SEZ.
– Bashkortostan is a region where optimal conditions have been created for the comfortable and prompt implementation of investment projects. My colleagues and I already have experience working with international initiatives, in particular, the production of grain drying equipment organized by a Belarusian company. We see the prospect of strengthening partnership relations with Kazakhstan, including in terms of industrial cooperation,” said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation.
There was also a visit by 3 residents of the industrial park. Rakhymzhan Isakulov got acquainted with the production of industrial paints and lubricants, snowmobiles, chipboard and oriented chipboard. He noted the scale of existing production facilities and declared Kazakhstan’s readiness to cooperate with these residents.
The presentation of the preferential territory was conducted by Alexey Solovyov, Project Manager of the Ufa Industrial Park Management Company. The visit took place with the assistance of the Representative Office of Bashkortostan at the Russian Trade Mission in Kazakhstan.
For reference: The special Economic Zone is located on 5 separate sites. The SEZ of Russia took the 3rd place in the framework of the IX National Rating of Investment Attractiveness.
