The director of the management company of the SEZ “Alga” took part in an online meeting of the Public Advisory Council of the Volga Customs Administration.
The participants of the meeting, among whom were also representatives of the republican customs and other regions of the Volga region, were consulted about the specifics of the functioning of SEZs in the Volga Federal District and the application of the procedure of free customs zones in their territories. Also, one of the issues on the agenda was the change of currency legislation.
Recall that one of the most important preferences in the SEZ “Alga” is the operation of a free customs zone. So, thanks to its action, residents are exempt from paying a number of customs duties.
