On February 2, 2023, two large companies opening in the near future will select employees. We are talking about Amkodor-Agidel LLC, which is planned to open in the second quarter of this year on the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park (Ufa), and about the resident of the Alga special economic zone – Fabrika ZASPORT LLC (Ishimbai), which is scheduled to open in February. Both companies offer their future employees official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a social package, the opportunity for professional and career growth, modern workplaces with new equipment, comfortable working conditions and additional professional training.
– The Amkodor company is a new project of a Belarusian investor, they will be engaged in the production of equipment for post–harvest grain processing, – said Lenara Ivanova, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan. – We started working with them on recruitment literally last fall, when they officially registered on the unified portal “Work in Russia”. After that, the Ufa Employment Center conducted a selection of employees for this company, organized a specialized job fair on October 27 and continue to advise the company’s personnel service on the placement of vacancies on the portal “Work in Russia” on a daily basis. As for the ZASPORT factory, the South-eastern Interdistrict Employment Center has been carrying out recruitment work for this Ishimbai enterprise since last year. According to the monthly schedule, the specialists of the employment service hold job fairs and field meetings with the population of Ishimbay, Sterlitamak, Alsheevsky, Aurgazinsky districts, as well as the cities of Sterlitamak, Salavat and Ishimbay, where they tell residents about training and employment opportunities for sewing production,” Lenara Ivanova continued.
On February 2, open personnel selections will be held at the sites of the following employment centers of the republic:
for LLC “Amkodor-Agidel” – in the branch of the Republican Employment Center in the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa at the address: Ufa, Mira str., 37a (beginning at 11 o’clock). For residents of Ufa, Blagoveshchensk, Arkhangelsk, Blagovarsky, Iglinsky, Karmaskalinsky, Kushnarenkovsky, Nurimanovsky, Chekmagushevsky and Chishminsky districts, an online connection will be available on the basis of local employment centers with the opportunity to ask the employer questions and pass an interview;
for LLC “Factory “ZASPORT” – in the Youth Palace of Ishimbai at the address: Ishimbai, Geologicheskaya str., 16 (beginning at 10.30). Online connection will be organized on the basis of employment centers of Sterlitamak, Salavat, Meleuz, as well as Aurgazinsky, Gafuriysky, Sterlibashevsky, Alsheevsky and Fedorovsky districts.
As part of the open personnel selection, Amkodor-Agidel and ZASPORT enterprises will offer applicants more than 500 jobs. In particular, the company ZASPORT (Ishimbai), specializing in sportswear tailoring, requires more than 300 employees in the following specialties: accountant, head of department, system administrator, head of department, head of production, technologist, designer, clothing designer, chief mechanic, chief power engineer, warehouse manager (with a salary of 33 thousand to 48 thousand rubles); sewing equipment operator, floor planter, cutter, cutter, picker (with a salary from 28 thousand to 38 thousand rubles); janitor, driver of category C, D, carpenter, plumber, electrician (with a salary from 20 thousand to 35 thousand rubles).
