The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented the results of a survey of investors whose projects were accompanied by the department in the second half of 2022.

Thus, we have the opportunity to monitor the quality of services provided and regularly improve our work by introducing new tools to increase the investment potential of the region,” said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
51 respondents passed the survey. They assessed the quality of the work of the Corporation’s specialists on a five-point scale and the following criteria: the completeness of the information provided on the work on attracting investments and working with investors, the possibility of obtaining services when interacting with executive authorities on the principle of “one window”, the quality of consulting support and the provision of specialized services at the initial appeal, the efficiency of providing consulting support, the level of qualification employees, holding events and performing the necessary work to attract investment in the economy of the region. As of December, the average score according to the results of the survey for the second half of the year was 4.87.
The survey was also conducted by residents of preferential zones, whose management company is the Development Corporation — the special economic zone “Alga” and the industrial park “Ufa”. Thus, the availability of free space, the quality of engineering infrastructure and technical support, as well as the availability and effectiveness of the support measures provided were evaluated by 28 respondents. The average score as of December was 4.75.
As the survey participants noted, cooperation with the Development Corporation makes it easier and faster to go through the stages of project implementation, thanks to the efficiency of providing consulting and methodological support, as well as the high qualifications of the department’s specialists.
