On May 25, within the framework of the tenth meeting of the Expert Council of the SEZ “Alga”, the application of LLC TD “PLASTEKO RUS” for a residency agreement was considered. The investor plans to produce commercial concrete and products made from it, as well as metal structures of frameless hangars and structures on the territory of the SEZ. The cost of the project is estimated at 180 million rubles, as a result of its implementation 52 jobs will be created. The production is scheduled to be put into operation in 2025.
The business plan developed for the investor by the managers of the Development Corporation was highly appreciated by experts and, according to the results of the vote, the Expert Council of the SEZ “Alga” decided to support the project. In addition to the development of a business plan, the Development Corporation assisted the investor in the development of a financial model, in the selection of a land plot, as well as in the preparation of an application for the status of a resident of a special economic zone.
