The register of residents of the special economic zone “Alga” has been replenished with another enterprise. It became the company “PlastEco-Rus”, part of the Russian group of companies “PlastEco-Group”. The corresponding order was signed the day before in the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. In the SEZ, the investor plans to produce commercial concrete and products from it, as well as metal structures of frameless hangars and structures. The volume of investments will be about 180 million rubles. As a result of the project, 52 new jobs will be created. The project is supported by the Development Corporation together with the Regional Project Office.
– For the implementation of the project, we have selected for the investor a land plot of 10 hectares on the territory of the first site. In addition, the specialists of the Development Corporation, the management company of the SEZ “Alga”, developed a financial model and a business plan for the project, and also assisted in the preparation of an application for the status of a resident of the special economic zone. It is planned to start the construction of the plant this year, and to launch production already in 2025,” Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, told about the movement of the project.
Earlier, the project was presented at a meeting of the Expert Council of the SEZ “Alga”. Thus, the business plan of the project developed by the Development Corporation was highly appreciated by the members of the Council, after which the project was approved for implementation on the territory of the SEZ.
