The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan held a meeting with a potential investor interested in localizing a logistics center in the SEZ “Alga”. The center will focus on providing comprehensive contract logistics services for enterprises. The company plans to create 20 jobs, the total investment will amount to 160 million rubles.
– The placement of production on the territory of the SEZ “Alga” has its advantages. Firstly, it is access to already developed infrastructure and necessary engineering communications. Secondly, this is a significant saving, SEZ residents receive guaranteed tax and customs benefits and significantly reduce their costs. And, of course, a convenient geographical location that allows you to optimize logistics and transportation costs,” said Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Within the framework of the meeting, which was held by the director of the SEZ management company Artem Penzin, the potential resident was familiarized with free land plots on the sites of the special economic zone, and also told about the necessary measures of state support. After the investor decides on the choice of a land plot, the specialists of the Development Corporation will begin preparing the necessary documents for the presentation of the project at the Investchas meeting and its further implementation.
