An award ceremony for the winners of the republican contest of journalists for the information promotion of the special economic zone “Alga” in the republican mass media was held in Ufa. The winners of the competition were 12 publications and journalists whose materials met the requirements of the competition. Artyom Penzin, Director of the management company of the SEZ “Alga”, presented memorable gifts to the journalists.
Nail Gabbasov, Director General of the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, also commented on the awarding of the laureates of the competition.
– The mass media in modern conditions have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the region. Thanks to the mass media, we have the opportunity to build communication with our target audience – potential residents and tell them about the advantages of doing business in Bashkortostan. It is also important that your materials also allow the population of the republic to learn about the SEZ and what large–scale projects are being implemented on its territory,” he said.
It should be noted that the expert commission evaluated the best coverage of the activities of the SEZ “Alga” in four types of media:
- in the editorial offices of republican newspapers and magazines;
- in the editorial offices of city and regional newspapers;
- on radio and television;
- on the Internet, including social networks.
