The resident of the special economic zone “Alga”, the company “Doga”, received a preferential loan of two billion rubles for the creation of the production of aromatic hydrocarbons. The investment project, supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, became one of 33 large-scale import substitution projects that received financial support.
— On the territory of the SEZ “Alga”, the investor intends to place an installation for processing hydrocarbon gases into aromatic hydrocarbons — benzene and toluene-xylene fraction. The manufactured products are in demand all over the world and are used in the production of medicines, plastics, dyes. Thus, when reaching the planned capacity, the enterprise will be able to fully provide the domestic market, occupying the niche vacated after the departure of foreign manufacturers. To date, the volume of investments in the project is 4.8 billion rubles with the creation of 117 new jobs,” explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
To date, 12 residents have been registered on the territory of the SEZ “Alga” with a declared investment volume of over 40 billion rubles. In the future, resident enterprises plan to create more than two thousand new jobs.
