On December 1, from 11 to 13 o’clock at the site of the South-Eastern employment Center in the city of Sterlitamak, an open personnel selection will be held in the SEZ “Alga” company.
Open personnel selection is a new format for selecting employees for vacant positions. During such an event, the employer presents the company and working conditions, answers the questions of applicants, and then conducts a personal interview with interested candidates. At the end, each participant receives feedback from a company representative. During the selection, employers can evaluate the behavior and lively reactions of potential employees, ask all the questions they are interested in. Applicants have the opportunity to communicate directly with employers, discuss working conditions and find a suitable vacancy in the shortest possible time. This format helps companies to quickly close a large number of vacancies and hire competent and motivated employees.
As part of the open personnel selection, two residents of the special economic zone “Alga” – the companies “Arcade” and “Zasport” will offer applicants more than 800 jobs. Employees with the qualifications of a seamstress, a seamstress-tailor, an operator of sewing automated equipment are required. For those who do not have these qualifications, it is offered to take free training with guaranteed employment.
