The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented the results of a survey of investors whose projects were accompanied by the department in the first half of 2022.
— Feedback is an important part of the support of an investment project. It is in the process of regular communication with the investor that we have the opportunity to improve the quality of services provided, introduce new tools and promptly resolve any issues,” said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The survey was conducted by 36 respondents who assessed the quality of the work of the Corporation’s specialists on a five-point scale and the following criteria: the completeness of the information provided on the work on attracting investments and working with investors, the possibility of obtaining services when interacting with executive authorities on the principle of “one window”, the quality of consulting support and the provision of specialized services at the initial appeal, the efficiency of rendering consulting support, the level of qualification of employees, carrying out activities and performing the necessary work to attract investment in the economy of the region. As of July, the average score according to the results of the survey for the first half of the year was 4.85.
The survey was also conducted by residents of the special economic zone “Alga” and the industrial park “Ufa”, whose management company is the Development Corporation. The survey was conducted by 19 respondents, assessing the availability of free space for residents, the quality of engineering infrastructure and technical support, as well as the availability and effectiveness of the support measures provided for residents. Thus, the average score according to the survey results as of July was 4.67.
During the survey, the participants noted the individual approach of the Corporation’s employees to their investment projects, in particular, the efficiency of providing consulting and methodological support, as well as the high qualifications of the department’s specialists.
