The head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov acquainted his subscribers with the progress of construction in the territories of the SEZ “Alga”. On his pages on social networks, the head of the region told at what stages of work now.
– Construction works are in full swing on the first site. New workshops are being built here by the manufacturer of LED products and lighting equipment “ZUR” and “Arcade”, which produces workwear – both companies are going to expand. The Zasport Factory is also under construction. Four more residents are just getting ready to start it. In addition, engineering and transport infrastructure is being equipped at the first site. There are also plans for an administrative and business center,” Radiy Khabirov wrote.
The head of the region recalled that there are four sites in the SEZ “Alga”. They are formed according to the cluster type depending on the industry.
– So far, there are 12 residents in the SEZ “Alga”. The total volume of investments will amount to 25.65 billion rubles, it is planned to create 1,733 new jobs. Another 8 companies are now being considered as potential residents. The prospects are large–scale. It is no coincidence that by the end of 2021, “Alsu” was recognized as the most dynamically developing and “discovery of the year” in the National Rating of investment attractiveness of industrial-type economic zones,” explained Radiy Khabirov.
At the end of his post, Radiy Khabirov said that 111 hectares or 33% of the leasable areas are currently available for rent, noting that the area of the special economic zone is more than 467 hectares, of which more than 336 are for rent.
